Below are our store policies regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and return shipping processes. Please review these policies before reaching out to us via email.
We accept returns requests for unopened, unused items with intact, original tags and protective covers. All product(s) must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for return.

If you would like to return an item, we must receive your written request to info@cprgeeksfl.com within seven days of the date you received your items. Upon receipt of your emailed return request, we will email you a PDF return shipping label. You must print and affix the return shipping label to your shipping box and drop it off at the shipping vendor listed (i.e., USPS, FedEx, etc.) on the return label.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will deduct the return shipping cost and a 4% restocking fee from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will email you to confirm receipt of the item(s) and begin the returns process. First, we will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they are in original condition, unused, and undamaged. After reviewing your return request and item(s), we will email you to notify you if your return request is approved.

If approved, you will be refunded the original payment amount after shipping and restocking fees to your original payment method within three business days. Please note that your banking or financial institution may take two or more business days to reflect the refund on your account or statement.

For example: If your order was $37.45 and you returned all items unused and in original condition with a $5.35 return shipping fee, we will issue a $30.60 refund. From there, we will email you confirming your processed refund amount. Then, you will see the refund credited to your account according to your financial institution's policy.
